THE TOTAL WEDDING PACKAGE
FLAT FEE: $2,499

This package includes UNLIMITED ASSISTANCE planning your entire wedding, from day one. We provide you with a comprehensive, month-by-month wedding planning calendar that divides up all the planning with important checklists and reminders to make the planning go smoothly and help keep you from getting overwhelmed. There is NO LIMIT on hours with this package – we are there for anything and everything you want help with. We can attend EVERY appointment with you (if you want us there), and do unlimited work behind the scenes by phone and email as well, keeping in touch with you through every point in the process.
- We can help you plan your budget and provide you with a Budget Tracker that keeps you on track, estimating how much you should plan on spending for every wedding item/category.
- We can help you select your venue per your dream/vision, and per your budget.
- We help you research, compare, and price out all of your vendors including caterers, florists, photographers, officiants, DJs/musicians, and more. We can set up appointments with you to screen these vendors and find out if they are right for you and decide if you want to book them.
- We can help you review ALL contracts and determine any hidden costs or troublesome clauses.
- Includes everything in the Rehearsal/Day of Wedding Coordination Package you see below, as well!
- You can split the fee up into 3 easy payments if you like!
THE REHEARSAL & DAY OF WEDDING COORDINATION PACKAGE
FLAT FEE FOR 1 COORDINATOR: $699
FLAT FEE FOR 2 COORDINATORS: $999
Note: Most weddings need only one coordinator. Circumstances that often require more than one include a split-location wedding (such as a ceremony at a church and reception somewhere else), events that require too much set-up for one coordinator to be able to accomplish on her own in the time your venue allows, events with large guests counts of 250 or more, etc. We will work with you to determine whether one coordinator is sufficient, or if a 2nd coordinator may allow for your event to be more successful.
- Your personal wedding coordinator will meet with you 2 weeks before your event for a planning session. We discuss everything you have planned and set into motion up to that date, and we go through our thorough, comprehensive checklist that ensures all loose ends are tied up.
- We will make a list of everything you need set up and taken care of on that day (such as, putting favors on all the tables, setting up your guest book and pen, putting up any decorations, handing out programs at the ceremony, etc.) and come up with a perfect plan to ensure it all gets done.
- We will help you design a full timeline of your wedding day, including vendor set-up times, photo times, and the timeline of all events during your reception. Then, we coordinate that timeline with your DJ/emcee on the wedding day to ensure everything stays on track and on time!
- We can help you finalize your floor plan/layout of where everything will be set up on the wedding day.
- We help you plan out your ceremony, including figuring out everyone you want to be a part of the ceremony and walk down the aisle, plan the order everyone should walk in, arrange everyone standing at the altar, and plan the order of events in your ceremony. Then, we coordinate that plan with your officiant and can run your rehearsal for you if the officiant does not do that for you (or help him if he does do your rehearsal).
- Your coordinator will personally call each and every one of your vendors the week of your wedding to confirm everything they should be bringing per your orders, what time they will be on site to set up the day of the wedding, and will be given your coordinator’s cellphone number in case of emergencies/questions. Your coordinator will also make sure they have directions to your venue and know parking/unloading locations.
- Your coordinator will be on site first thing the morning of your wedding to make sure everything is set up exactly the way you want it, on time, and coordinate all of your vendors to make sure everything runs perfectly and smoothly, so you and your family can enjoy the day and be pampered, as you should! We anticipate any concerns ahead of time and solve any problems so nothing goes wrong. We make sure your timeline is followed so everything is on time. We even stay until the very end of the reception to help clean up and collect all your gifts and personal items so everything gets back to you, safe and sound!
PERSONAL PARTY PLANNING
Including smaller showers, birthday parties, wine tastings, private holiday parties, and more.
FEE: $30 PER HOUR OR $500 FLAT FEE, WHICHEVER IS LESS
Your personal party planner will meet with you to learn your budget and your vision for your event, and come up with a To Do list to research/price compare all the items you will need (such as a caterer or food service, decorations, extra tables and chairs, booking entertainment or coming up with party games and more).
- Your personal party planner can take over shopping duties or go on shopping trips with you to get everything you need, per your budget.
- Your personal party planner can help you design amazing invitations, send them out, and coordinate RSVPs and a running guest count.
- Your personal party planner can help you plan entertainment such as live music, a DJ, party or shower games, an outing, or more, to ensure your guests have a smashingly fun time at your party.
- Your personal party planner becomes “party hostess or coordinator” on the day of your event, showing up early to set up and decorate, and coordinating the flow of the event so all you have to do is look pretty, greet your guests and have a great time, while taking all the credit for putting on a fabulous event!
CORPORATE OR LARGER PRIVATE EVENTS
Including corporate conferences or conventions; corporate holiday parties or recognition celebrations; large birthday parties or anniversary/retirement parties with large guest counts that require booking private venues; fundraisers; concerts; festivals and more.
FEE: $30 PER HOUR OR $500 FLAT FEE, WHICHEVER IS LESS

Jenn’s Weddings & Events can help you execute the perfect corporate affair or unique special event with assistance in such matters as:
- Catering/menu planning including appetizers, beverages, buffet or seated dinner, bar/beverages and more
- Rental of any needed audio/visual equipment and coordinating the staff to run it
- Designing and acquiring of awards or special gifts for top employees/achievers
- Helping to check in people as they arrive off guest lists, take tickets, sell tickets, hand out name tags of badges, hand out programs or itineraries, etc.
- Being on hand the day of the event to set up and make sure everything runs smoothly
SPECIAL PRICING FOR MULTI-EVENT CULTURAL WEDDINGS
For cultural weddings that traditionally include several days of events leading up to the wedding day, please add an additional 50% to either of the two packages listed above. One example would be Indian weddings that, in additional to a rehearsal and wedding day, feature a Mendhi and other traditional/religious events leading up to the wedding day, which you may need assistance with planning and coordinating.
